Electric regulating valve/proportional-integral electric regulating valve is a series of electric regulating valves composed of an electric actuator with a force of 500N or 1000N and a regulating valve body with a diameter of DN20-DN80. It is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and other building automatic control. In the system, the medium flow in the system can be precisely adjusted, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling temperature, humidity, pressure and energy saving.

Features:

The actuator bracket is made of cast aluminum (the surface is treated with sandblasting and baking paint), and the shell is made of ABS engineering plastics, which is small in size and light in weight.

The actuator is a permanent magnet synchronous reversible motor with overload protection function, with a limit switch, and the actuator stops automatically.

The available power can be AC24±10% 50/60Hz or AC220V±10% 50/60Hz.

Various control signals: switch/floating point signal, voltage signal 0(2)~10VDC or current signal 0(4)~20mADC.

The actuator and the valve body are connected by 1/4-28UNF thread, and a manual device is optional to realize manual opening/closing of the valve.

The valve body structure includes two-way single-seat valve, two-way balance valve, three-way diverter valve and three-way confluence valve.

When the medium temperature is high, the valve body can choose a heat dissipation type.

The connection form between the valve body and the pipeline is a cylindrical internal thread connection.
