Product Overview

A magnetic flowmeter, also known as an electromagnetic flowmeter, is a device used to measure the flow rate of conductive liquids, such as water, chemicals, and slurries. It works on the principle of Faraday's Law of electromagnetic induction. The flowmeter consists of a flow tube made of non-magnetic material, two electrodes, and a magnetic field created by a coil.

As the conductive liquid flows through the flow tube, it creates a voltage proportional to its flow velocity. This voltage is picked up by the electrodes and sent to a transmitter to calculate the flow rate.

Product description:

The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed and developed by the most advanced international technology.

There is a big difference between traditional analog or non-intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters, especially in terms of measurement accuracy, reliability, stability, use function and service life.

Typical application:

Electromagnetic flowmeters have very stable performance and are suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Such as clean water, sewage, various acid-base salt solubility, mud, ore pulp, pulp and food liquids, etc. Widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, water treatment, chemical industry, light industry, textile, electric power and mining industries.
